Is Anger Good for Health?

Anger is a powerful tool. It relieves tension by way of venting the feelings. Temporarily, increases blood pressure. Makes the person to work more carefully on the issue. Takes all precautions not to make mistakes, so that the opposite side should not be able to take upper hand. It corrects the deficiencies in the provoking cause. Builds more courage and determination for self improvement. Generally, anger is looked as a bad thing. But, it may not be true. Now researchers say that, it increases testosterone level in man and may actually keep heart healthy. Too much of anger is not good.
